AMAZING!
I came up there last week to visit family and we stopped by your place. You folks were kind enough to show us around and teach us how the process of making syrup is done. I bought a bunch of bottles and some candies as well. Everyone down here in CT is loving it! Thank you so much for taking the time to show us around. You guys are awesome and highly recommended!

The mornings after young children guests wake from a sleepover they ask for homemade pancakes and your maple syrup which they liberally pour on. I go through about two gallons a year of your syrup and the kids love it.

Corn Fritter Recipe
Mix together 1-1/3 cup flour, 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add 2/3 cup milk, 1 beaten egg, 1 or 1/2 can whole drained kernel corn. Deep fry at 375 for 2-3 minutes. Serve warm with our own maple syrup! Enjoy! :grin
